Fustini's Oils & Vinegars - Traverse City

Recommended by a friend so we had to check out Fustini’s. Be ready to drop some cash as it is pricey but the taste and flavors are impeccable. I was literally dragging my wife out of there as I was the one who was going to be hauling 4 wine bottles of balsamic around. Still got the last laugh though, she tried one too many flavored balsamic vinegars and let’s just say sampling non stop made her bowels a little easier flowing. Will definitely be back.

Located in beautiful downtown Traverse City the Fustini Tasting room should be on your bucket list. Delicious oils and flavored vinegars are available to taste before you purchase and take your cooking to the next level.

The first time I came here it was just to past time. Now, I make effort to come here every time I am in Traverse City! There is a huge selection of oils and vinegars to choose from. It’s nice that you can sample most before deciding to purchase. I always try to buy something I haven’t tried before.

Our party of four tried about 25 different vintages altogether. As one of us said, “I don’t think there was one I didn’t like.” We went home with 6 medium bottles and 4 small bottles of amazing vinegar. Used their recipe card to make breakfast tostadas tonight - jalapeño lime. Mwah! (And all gluten free!)

Delicious variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Arbequina oil and the honey ginger vinegar is a favorite. A must stop while you are in traverse city.
